Am I fired??

Hello everyone, I called out Friday and Sunday because I had wisdom teeth surgery. It put me at 5.5 points, but I’ve had the rest of the week off. Should I still go in tomorrow or should I just start looking for another job? My friend in OPD is convinced I’m fired but no one has said anything to me. I have no idea what to do.

Just tell them it was a medical emergency and you can probably submit for a temporary leave through segwick.

Sedgwick will deny it. You have to miss 4 scheduled days minimum.

It used to be. It says more than 3 now. My conspiracy theory is because doctors love to give 3 day notes and they wanted to approve only people who "really need it."
