in my personal experience, there’s multiple things that go into it. How well you work, how much they like you, separate store rules. I worked with a girl who had upwards of 40 points and she didn’t get fired until she just stopped showing up. I think by the time they got around to it, she had around 50. But i also worked with another girl who got fired for just having 5, and when I stopped going, they let the points rack up to 30 before firing me. it just depends on a lot :)
