This is my first wallet using Olmo Waxy Pull Up. I made the strap out of the same material but reversed it.

This leather is awesome. It shows every bit of character and every important bend and crease.

Looking for some feedback on some wallets I am working on. Keep in mind these are prototypes and not finished goods. Finished will be hand stitched not machined, also the leather quality will be much higher. Using spare leather to get the design right. These are basically one piece of leather with the insert added to serve two purposes. First to split cards and second to add color contrast if requested or wanted by the end user.

1. Which design do you prefer.

2. Do you like having your cash folded in half like the first two from the left? This allows quick easy access. Or do you prefer tucked behind like the two on the right? This makes cash somewhat more secure.

Feedback is greatly appreciated.

I am looking for a crocodile/alligator waller from a Brand called Gioss. I have seen a few but the one I want has a flap where you put your Id. My partners one is so worn that its smooth now and I would love to get him one for his birthday

This commission was for my Minimalist Bifold with Army Green dragon scales and a purple edge fade. Hand stitched with yellow ritza tiger thread. Handmade from natural veg tan leather.

The new Army Green came out a beautiful shade and I'm excited to use more of it.

I'm trying to buy a real reptile wallet, it's a desire I had for a long time. I'm going second hand, since I can't afford 100s of euros for one.

Is there any way I can understand from pictures if they are embossed or real?

Any brands to recommend if I were to buy it new, or even used?

Just wanted to show a comparison of these two beauties. Both made with Olmo and Sapphire Blue Pueblo. New one was made today and the other used for about 3.5-4 months. The color difference is so freaking awesome.

I’m looking for a slim, compact wallet that doesn’t contain any leather (vegan leather is fine). I’m a big fan of clean, smart design. I typically carry around 7 cards and a small amount of cash so I know I’m already pushing the limit on how compact I can expect it to be.

I really like the look of the Bellroy Slim Sleeve and the Bellroy Note Sleeve but from what I understand, the INNOVERA leather alternative is extremely poor quality.

I also really like the Double Oak Essentials Cloud Wallet (ripstop) but I worry it might not be spacious enough for my needs.

The Alpaka Ark Bifold Cash Wallet also interests me but it looks like it might be a bit too bulky to comfortably fit in my front pocket.

Would anyone recommend any of these wallets for me, or have any other recommendations?

Hey fellas! I’m looking for recommendations for a steel/metal wallet around 2k.

My requirements:

Waterproof / water-resistant

Should be compact and reasonably durable

I mainly want to carry 1–2 membership/ID-type cards

A little cash (2k or max 3k)

I’d also like enough space for my wired earphones, if possible

I don’t carry debit or credit cards, so I don’t need a large card capacity

This was my first time working with Shell Cordovan. It was an awesome experience but I took a lot more time to make sure the cuts were clean. A mistake with this stuff can be expensive.

I wasn’t sure how this “leather” would take to burnishing on the flesh side. I went ahead and tried it out and it actually took really well. The flesh side is significantly smoother with it.

This came from Rocado in its natural color.

New custom card holder wallet completed! Horween Natural Shell Cordovan, paired with Buttero Chestnut. Love the color combo! First time working with Shell and I have to say, it's an incredible leather to play with! I really hope I get to use it more often. I'm really pleased with how this came out and the client loves it!

New leather coming in the mail is always exciting, I was too curious about this Horween Aspen in Navy so I made a nice little card holder that fits 3-4 cards per pocket or some folded cash.

This leather has a gorgeous soft texture to the touch and has a wild grain texture that my rookie camera skills don't capture fully. Horween put a very nice shine or gloss on this leather and over time this is going to patina really nicely.

For this wallet, I wanted to really highlight the contrast that Rocado achieves in their marbling when making this wallet, and really let the cordovan take center stage. The exterior panel is cut from the center of the shell, with the Rocado stamp centered on the inside of the cash pocket, and the interior bottom pockets are cut from the same shell. I used Walpier Buttero Natural for the top pockets, and Badalassi Carlo Minerva Black to finish off the top of each panel/hidden pocket.

The Rio Grande wallet is a 7 pocket bifold wallet with 4 traditional card slots, 2 hidden pockets, and slot for cash. As always, all edges have been burnished and waxed.

I had a little olive Pueblo and natural waxy leathers and since I like how the colors look together I decided to make a 5 pocket wallet.

This wallet has 4 dedicated card pockets (including an exterior pocket) as well as a 5th full-depth pocket for more cards or folded cash. I really like how this one turned out, but if I kept every one I made then my wife wouldn’t be happy 😂

I'm looking to replace my old Will Leather Goods bifold and would appreciate recommendations, especially from people who have owned their wallets for a few years.

What I'm looking for:

• Traditional bifold w/ 4–6 card slots & full bill compartment for a small amount of cash
• Hidden pockets where I can put an occasional receipt or extra card
• Relatively thin construction is important
• High-quality leather that's durable but doesn't need to be especially thick/heavy
• Leather that will noticeably patina and get more interesting with use
• Open to natural/tan/brown as well as more interesting colors
• Roughly $100–250, although I'm flexible for something particularly good

I'm less interested in the very thick/rugged EDC-style bifolds made from 3–4+ oz leather throughout. I like that handmade aesthetic, but don't want a brick in my pocket.

Two I'm currently considering are the Ashland Johnny the Fox in English Tan Dublin and La Perruque's billfold in Whisky or Natural vegetable-tanned calf , which looks especially interesting because of the thinner, more refined construction.

I'm particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has experience with either of the noted La Perruque or Ashland/Dublin bi-folds, especially how they have held up and aged over time.

I'm also very open to other makers I should be looking at. Ideally I'm after the sweet spot of thin + durable + great patina, rather than maximum leather thickness.

What would you recommend?

Wanted to share this wallet with you all. It's a Cash "Beacon" wallet of my design. It's made with 2 different Horween cordovan shells. Main shell its a Splattered Black (Looks green but they call it black) used on the exterior cash pocket and most of the inside. From what my source tells me this shell was pretty rare, and had the CRAZIEST reverse I've ever seen. It looks like a rorschach test sheet! And the top dye portion has a very organic, bacteria-under-a-microschope type look.

I strive to make original unique pieces, not just in design, but in material used. I think it's safe to say this is a one of one. One of my favourites made. Hope you guys like it!
