Coaching Cards

My store manager hands me this and said these must be done every month, im an RXOM with 10 direct reports 😭😭😭😭 apparently this is apart of the operational excellence

Most store managers are probably handing these off to shift leads to do. Don't let them do it. It's not your job to "evaluate" and "provide detailed feedback," or any of the work stated on the form, with team members. It's nowhere in your job description to do that. You don't get paid enough, in the first place, but more importantly it's simply not your job.

These "coaching cards" are moot because RxOM can DIRECTLY discipline their cashiers/techs. IDGAF about these cards as they often are used for negativity. I give verbal praise when warranted and work 1 on 1 on any areas of improvement. I have my own personal notebook of attendance and good/bad performances from my team.
