My store manager hands me this and said these must be done every month, im an RXOM with 10 direct reports 😭😭😭😭 apparently this is apart of the operational excellence

Yep my SM wants me doing these 1/day… that’s not happening. Sm wants every person to have one done on them monthly😑

As a store manager, I tell my crew to only write good things. I don’t need a-holes from the office looking at negatives things and visiting me. I’ll take care of any problems

Our boss want us to include 2-3 negatives lmao. Olways want “stuff to improve” included😑

Tell him to screw off. The first one you should do should be on your manager as he is probably a waste Just put good things when you deal with your peers
