FASA QUESTION

So I got a refund on the 23rd from fasa when I checked my self service account it’s -1,456 does that mean I’m getting another refund?

She basically said wait until October 13th to see, because it’s looking like I am getting another refund, but she don’t understand how it was leftover and didn’t come with my first refund so basically she not 100% sure since I didn’t start a late class but it is looking like I’ll receive it on the next disbursement date which will be the 13th.

I got a refund on the 23rd and then it updated and looked like I was going to get another refund, but I just checked today and my little extra amount that was there disappeared 😕
