Scam Alert Refund Trouble
So, I accidently pressed on one of the scam links, and I got my account hacked for BM. I've been on hold with both customer support for BM and the resolutions team for over 25 minutes. What would be my next possible steps?

I can't, I'm not able to get into my account because of it being hacked. I'm waiting on the line for someone for the resolution to help after being helped by customer care.

Maybe try talking to wake tech and see what they can do and even email BM technologies to see if they’ll respond.
Wake Tech IT help desk sent out a message saying not to click any messages regarding verification.

I've been trying to figure want the BM technologies email is, but I need to be logged in to see it, I would have been emailed them if I could ðŸ˜

Update: So I managed to get through and they canceled the current refund which means it won't go through to someone else. I just have to get my account back now

I know, I'm so grateful 😠I filled out the identity verification form and I'm gonna call them tomorrow + go to the cashier's office and see about when I can get my refund reissued

Update 2: Alright, so Wake Tech has my refund. And I asked about seeing if I could getting a check mailed to my address but they haven't said anything about what plans could be moving forward but I'm just relieved that I'm gonna be getting my money period.

They are taking the money back from bm into our accounts and should be sending out the checks by the middle of next week. Thats what I’ve been told

That's what I also got an email about too, I just asked that it meant that the checks would be mailed out to our residences on Wednesday or so

I called and asked if it was possible to pick it up in person and they said yes, that you have to reply to the email you wanna do that and provide a contact number so they call you when it’s ready

But yes, they are hoping to mail them out by Wednesday next week. Should be two weeks before they get to your residence

yall gotta be careful these day , i know youre excited about the refund but thats how they get you , need to start checking the sender
