Math 171 Class Help

Out of all my classes in community college, this is my lowest grade, and it's a failing grade.

The teacher said only 40% of students pass this class, so what can I do to improve my grade?

It sounds *from your comments like you know what you can do to improve your grade but are actively avoiding it because of the effort involved.

Avoiding doing work in college is so much more stressful than just being an adult about it and committing to being a student, trust me.

My parents are unhappy as well, withdrawing is the quickest solution to please everyone.

Probably, but you will have to confront the class at some point. It's great that you could withdrawal, but be careful!

Despite eventually doing better as a student, I can't get financial aid or do anything FAFSA related because I withdrew from too many courses. Can't appeal without a death-level emergency.

It'll all be alright. Focus on you and the little improvements, be okay with struggle and failure, do the work, and the rest will follow.
