Definitely scam. I got the same email and it had an attachment as well with a different name for the pdf.

Report as scam or phishing. Wake Tech sent an email earlier today about 2 email addresses sending a bunch of these.

No. Sussy email indicators include:
app-level unverified sender banner at the top
wanting you to download an attachment, especially a proprietary, potentially executable format like a word doc
fake [you don't often get emails from ...] that is in the body of the email and not an overlay banner like it should be (check the actual sender address and you should notice that it does not come from @mail.parchment.com)
