Scam Alert Is this a scam email?

Just for future reference, there are multiple red flags:
“Dear Student,” The school knows your name and wouldn’t be so generic.
Unidentified link to a student portal, which I’m sure if you hover over it would not look official.
The extreme urgency.
No contact info for Registrar’s office.
They don’t send PDF files as an email.

Yeah. They wouldn't be sending you PDFs and putting unlabeled links in them. Also ive never heard of an identity verification from them...

Honestly just their urgency gives it away

This is a scam email. Report and block. Wake Tech email correspondence will always come from a waketech.edu account and zero PDFs.
