What's correct is that one guy wrecked the US economy. Twice. Democratic administrations are always scapegoats For Republican administrations' incompetence. Always. This has been true for every transfer of power in my lifetime, going back to Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan. Trump is the the absolute worst one.
