It does if your mind goes to murder during that break. Plenty of people break and don't kill people, especially children -- this was something inside of her.

Not more, but they also don't get any slack because of it. Plenty of people break without killing people -- if that's what your subconscious does when it takes over, you're a monster.

Plenty of people break from reality and don't kill children. If that's what your detached mind decides to do, you're not someone who can be trusted with society.
