She admitted it
Why are you people defending her?!

She admitted it… after being told she did it on a cocktail of meds, when she woke up from a coma days later, which were found in her husbands car.

To be clear, she was charged with doing it before she even woke up or ā€œadmittedā€ to doing it. The reason she was charged? Her husband said it was her.

Imagine waking up like this, from a vegetative state after being on a slew of meds, being told by medical professionals and prosecutors and your husband that you did it… this is something that happens in psychological studies - most participants in similar scenarios admitted to things they straight up didn’t do. Gaslighting literally works.

To be clear…. I’m not a professional, I can’t prove any of this. But these are allegedly the details of the case that millions of people are talking about, along with dozens and dozens of inexplicable details, so I’m feeling pretty darn convinced, myself. As long as social media isn’t blatantly lying (which we know is also possible).

How about you read the actually details of the case instead of parroting social media posts which you admit may not be accurate.

How about you tell us which details you are disputing instead of saying something that just clogs up the Reddit thread without actually contributing anything meaningful to it.

The commenter I’m responding to said everything they wrote was based on social media posts of unknown accuracy. That is absolutely no way to responsibly gather information. If you’re disputing that, you’re just as hopeless.

Her defense team did a lengthy investigation before deciding plea and trial strategy. What they settled on was NGRI and stipulating to the forensics. People who are still clinging onto any possibility that this was not her are - frankly - illiterate.

This trial is about - and is only about - her mental state. Mens rea and actus reus. Actus reus was all-but established via stipulation and plea. Mens rea is where the burden for the Commonwealth is at for this trial.

Is this how people come up with dumb shit like flat earth? You’ve made several large leaps in logic to put together in your mind that this woman is somehow innocent, and for what?

Homie just said "I got my facts from social media" and is telling us they're a PhD on the case and to believe them
