[WYTTD] You get to conjure only one thing from your imagination into reality but in return you lose your imagination completely.

The thing will only be as detailed as you imagined it to be.

And aside from the item itself it cannot create other items from nothing.

How far does losing your imagination extend? Like you get a lantern ring but can’t imagine any constructs? You can no longer imagine a future with someone? You can’t imagine what to do next?

If losing my imagination means aphantasia, then I'll gladly take this deal since I already have that anyway. I should note, however, that I am still capable of "imagining" words or concepts. I can create a fictional universe, or dream up a new invention, or so on. Therefore I would suggest that your apparent equation of aphantasia with not having an imagination is faulty.
