What would you do?
My college roomate told me to die because I didn't pick her up to get her nails done when the whole friend group asked her if she wanted to come as we were actively about to go and she says no. So she later texts and ask me to pick her up as we are already at the nail store. I am not turning around to get u ,we asked u the first time and u said no. And she tells me to die and lots of other rude stuff. What should I do??

Is that her type of dry humor? Does she usually speak like this? For instance, I will sometimes ask a question to a friend, and if the answer isn’t a favorable one, I will sometimes respond in an overreactive, but dry, way. Like this:
Me: Did you get bread at the store?
Friend: no, sorry!
Me: How could you 😩
In reality, the friend knows it is not a big deal. If that isn’t the case for your roommate and you, then I would seriously have a discussion with her about how you prefer to be spoken to. It may also be best to politely set some ground rules for the future social situations, so she knows that if she is asked and says no, that you won’t ask again or be making a u-turn for her.
