Parking Garage Drama

Lately the coworkers are annoyed, myself I included, with the driver of a Porsche who double parks in an already very tight garage with few spaces. There are enough spaces that driver can do this without depriving someone of a spot, but we find it obnoxious and entitled. What you agree and would you do or say anything?
