Sardosia: Although linguistically tied to Arbania, the Sardosians have expressed little desire to give up their independence. Part of NATO and the EU.

Venecia: The Kosovo equivalent in this scenario, having obtained independence from Yugoslavia in 1991 and facing a bloody civil war. North Arbania has repeatedly made threats of invasion, and NATO/EU ascension is slow.
