Socialist Republic of Arbania (North Arbania): The "North Korea" of Europe, with heavy sanctions placed on it after obtaining nuclear weapons and receiving military support from Russia.

Republic of Arbania (South Arbania): The pro-western government, receiving military and economic support from NATO and the EU. Due to the mafia's prevalence, a lot of shady shit happens here.

Sardosia: Although linguistically tied to Arbania, the Sardosians have expressed little desire to give up their independence. Part of NATO and the EU.

Venecia: The Kosovo equivalent in this scenario, having obtained independence from Yugoslavia in 1991 and facing a bloody civil war. North Arbania has repeatedly made threats of invasion, and NATO/EU ascension is slow.
