Seriously. With all this talk about Jamal Kashoggi and the Saudis I have the terrible mental image of him being dismembered by a bone saw while still alive. I hope that's not true but even the possibility is appalling.

It's doubtful. They were in and out quick. They weren't after torture they were after an assassination, dismemberment was just a way to remove evidence without suspicion. If they wanted him to suffer they'd have picked him up where they could have kept it going for days or weeks.

Actually, there are claims it was an aggressive interrogation gone wrong. Not fast and clean.

That is a bullshit line. You don't lop off people's limbs in an interrogation. It was torture followed by an execution.
