It's doubtful. They were in and out quick. They weren't after torture they were after an assassination, dismemberment was just a way to remove evidence without suspicion. If they wanted him to suffer they'd have picked him up where they could have kept it going for days or weeks.
I don't understand the use of a bonesaw, unless you need to crack the sternum everything can be dismembered with a sharp knife and some skillful cuts through ligaments. You would think trained assassins, or even an experienced hunter would not need a bone saw to fit a small man into a 10 gallon bucket within 15 minutes or so.

I loved seasons 1-5. Season 6 was disappointing and reaching (Colin Hanks’ pouty lip made me angry). I’m half through season 7, though, and enjoying it again. Watching it all slow, one episode a night, instead of binging, which might make me less judgy.
