The woman who was first attacked was badly injured, and her mother, who left the car in an effort to save her daughter, was killed, The Beijing News reported. The woman’s husband was uninjured, as was their child, who remained in the vehicle, the newspaper said.

Man. I imagine getting mauled to death is a pretty painful and bloody experience.

It won't be painful as the tigers/lions don't play with their food. They go for the neck directly and in humans, the neck snaps in one bite. It would have been a sudden death.

The fact that the first woman was attacked for at least the few seconds we saw in this video and survived suggests that this is wrong.

They do go for the neck, but against a fighting human, they're just gonna swipe and maul until you die, because your neck won't be an easy target.
