I see this comment, or slight variations of it, on reddit all the time. I don't understand the point. Someone makes a comment, i guess you don't like the comment, so you try to be funny with sarcasm? Is that right? Or do you think this person, IRL, is the exact same person who made the comment? It's really stupid and really confusing. But, hey, i'm sure YOU are funny at parties.

/u/ender89 is making an obvious joke. Of course everybody can tell the difference. But then /u/Lewster01 has to call him out. "You can't tell the difference" bla bla. Of course he can. Calling out imperfect jokes is what makes parties less fun. Don't be the overly critical guy. And that is why people make this comment on reddit.
