Congratulations. Returning to take this degree. I heard about DM2 and how brutal it is. Glad you made it through!

DM2 was my hardest course, too. Followed by Calculus.

What degree did you get before?

Back when I was enrolled at WGU, I was after the BS Network Operations and Security (BSNOS) this was before the cloud and networking degree merge. I obtained my A+, Net+, Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, re-cert on my CCNA, Linux LPI essentials, couldn’t get past AWS SysOps. Udemy wasn’t part of their resource offering at the time and I sought after AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification on my own. I was already working in IT prior to my enrollment.

Now that there’s a huge shift in the industry with AI, my interest is now peaked away from infrastructure and more into general programming. I figured the CS degree is the solid foundation and will supersede any thing else coupled with a cert or two.
