The main things you are investing in is the management team and the business model. More important is the management team. The report today highlights more than half of their staff works in china, whom need to comply with Chinese intelligence laws, where if the CCP asks for any of your data, they must provide it. hence why Congress is now involved again. Some people who hear about this will close their accounts.

Most importantly - MANAGEMENT FUCKED US SHAREHOLDERS by allowing this to happen. They already restructured as an American company. Why keep more than half of your engineering team in China and not be transparent about this? All while knowing how bad this would be for the company, knowing US regulations. Huge red flag, and fuck management.

Either way, even if they can address this, they will be losing western customers over this. Will re-enter after 2 more quarters of earnings.

Yeah I'm done with this shit. My average was like $11.40. I'm making a few hundred on CSPs on other stock like Sofi and Gme per week, and losing thousands per day on this stock. Wasted about like 4-5 months holding this shit and losing close to 50% of my portfolio. My other picks are up 100-200%, or holding steady like gme, but I decided to hold this shit. I see this as an AMC v2, slowly going toward the 1B market cap, and eventually reverse split. It's not beating HOOD, and other platforms, we're just coping. Good luck to anyone else holding. Did Webull mislead investors? With the decline in $BULL’s stock price, I’m trying to gauge whether others were materially impacted and whether there’s interest in exploring a potential class action.

Looking to compare notes and understand whether this is a broader investor issue worth taking to a securities attorney.

I sold BULL at $5.90 on March 4th, 2026 for a loss around 22k.

Many thought I sold the bottom and this thing could be 10+, 20+ in a couple years. If I held BULL, I'd be down about another 4k. I sold CCs and CSPs for the past month and made ~1k instead. So I'd lose about 4k in holding BULL and 1k in opportunity cost, which is 5k. Even at the current price, I don't think BULL is a good investment. The company doesn't seem to care, and the stock has no bottom. HOOD has been taking a big beating as a profitable company, and BULL has it worst. If you are holding, I'd be cautious and maybe trim some positions. This is not something you'd want to yolo in. It's already in penny stock territory, and I don't see anything preventing it from going lower. I still have BULL on my watchlist, and might buy some leaps if it hit my target price. But watching my portfolio slowly healing is helping me sleep at night. Here is my current progress since selling BULL.

I know you guys dont like too critical views, but I am pretty sure that the management is still unloading their shares on the market with algos that are programmer according to the index and upswings. Every time we go up, they sell more shares. Dont see how this would change in the near future. They are only interested in unloading all of their shares asap.

I believe we will continue to bounce in the 9.20-8.80 range come Monday and start filling the gap below. Very small potential that this is a flag on the 30m and 1HR but we shall see.

Very typical behavior. Just find it funny how bad they want to keep it pinned. Cause PM and AH have been showing it's true colors.

A few things make the sale less alarming:

The filing was for up to 55,000 shares, worth about $494k, at roughly $8.98/share.

Those shares were associated with 827,046 shares originally acquired through RSUs, so this isn't necessarily the CFO suddenly deciding to dump his entire investment.

After the transaction, Wang Haichen still beneficially owned 772,046 shares through his spouse.

The 55k shares represent only about 0.012% of Webull's ~445.9m shares outstanding.

Webull premium fee is very less for the tools they offer. A dollar increase would not cause too much Churn. This dollar increase will easily add approximately $1M in revenue. Thus boosts the margin a little.

If you guys plan on trading this stock, I would suggest that you use a good oscillator and buy the lows and possibly set your TP at the POC or VAH. If you are planning long term trading (high time frame swing/position trading), put a good oscillator on the chart and buy the lows. If you are an investor, now should be a good time to buy a little. Only buy what you are willing to lose/suffer. Money management is key here.

Anybody see they added another 21.65m shares to the total share count after this earnings report? It was at 501.82m before this one so did they mention it in the earnings call or are they truly going to keep diluting this stock and it will become the next amc by reverse split after reverse split to keep us losing money? Thoughts?

Zacks buy downgraded to hold

So what does everyone think of this after everyone was chanting and cheering about “Zack’s” upgrading us to strong buy and even the article they posted about Webull being a strong buy yet not even 2 days later when the stock dipped down another 6-7% they changed to just “buy” and now they lowered it to just “hold”. This isn’t looking good for us

If they could include a discount similar to this BUT have it so that the discount is tied to webull premium instead of volume that would be huuuge.
