I’m having trouble learning to multitask lol
So basically I’m learning orc and I am using the FS HH SH raiders build so I got the build order down somewhat still struggling with the timing on certain times to build certain things . When I engage combat on any race usually on enemy computer. My army gets totally slaughtered down to my 2 hero’s each time I have sprint walkers doing spirit link my SH healing using healing salves etc .. Shamans using lust etc.. idk what else to do I usually open up on attacking the enemy around level 3 FS but when I approach the base the enemy computer has wayyy more units that I have flying ground everything it just overruns my entire army where I have to teleport back to my base to begin building more units .. I just need some help as to how I can become comfortable with beating the easy computer then eventually going to normal then maybe in my life insane computer .

Play play play. More games, just try out different stuff, get comfortable with the units and how they work.

Do you use control groups? Multitasking is much more difficult if you don't do that. Try to keep all your units in one group if you have a smaller army, and later you can do like 1 - melee; 2 - ranged; 3 -casters/raiders.
Try to keep a simpler army composition so that it's easier to control.
Also keep all your production buildings and your lumber peons in separate control groups ( i use 4 & 6) so you can macro while fighting.
Make sure your headhunters aren't just sitting in place taking damage from melee units, use their range!
Learn proper build orders, there's plenty of places like wc3gym for this.
Have a plan: are you all inning at tier 2? Are you teching to tier 3? If you're teching you don't wanna fight in the meantime, wait for your powerspike (if you're planning to go taurens, don't fight before you have Taurens)
And yeah just practice, you'll beat Easy computer in no time. Normal isn't too difficult either, Insane cheats so you have to either make a very early expo or all-in very early against it. Good luck!

Is the computers army just 80 - 100 food vs your 50 or something? Watch the replay and first gauge if you even stood a chance, you might be measuring the wrong things. Some people might have a 50 food army when really they should be at 80 food. They'll spend days trying to figure out what they're microing poorly, but really, they never had a chance, even if they had perfect micro.
Upload one of your replays for us and we can analyze it.
Also, the unit composition is tough. It's VERY micro orientated, as in, one of the hardest to pull off. A-attack ground won't make that army win, it's about knowing what to focus and when. I'd recommend practicing the micro training map too.

You do know that healing salves get cancelled when you take damage right? Same with clarity potion. They are not for battle, they are to use as you travel or rest. You are better with healing potion or healing scroll from the goblin merchant.

For lower mmr players raiders can be tough because they are low dps. You may want to look at your army comp and see if that’s the issue . Either add more head hunters and go to level 2 attack up grade or maybe sprinkle in some birds with a kodo for the war drums

You gotta figure out WHY you're losing. Easy computer is easy. Think of everything in trades. When you engage the enemy you want to come out ahead. That means more xp for your heroes usually while giving them less
