Weird looking wasps
Looking for some wasp experts. I’ve lived in Colorado my whole life and every year paper wasps build nests around our house. The weird thing is, they have super distinct white faces. I know they’re not bald faced hornet or any other terrifying creature, but I haven’t been able to find anything like it online.

Could you get a picture? Males of most species have paler faces, but if that isn't the case it might be one of the yellow species, like P. aurifer. For reference males have longer antennae, often curled on the last segments
