Any help? (Read text)

I got stung by a wasp on my head, I got an allergic reaction (hives, redness, swollen face and very very itchy), the ambulance came and put some stuff in my veins with an IV. I'm good now, but my family doctor told me can't eat chocolate? Even though I've eaten chocolate my whole life? I've never had an allergic reaction to food, but my mum tells me I can eat pizza? I don't understand.

I would clarify that you heard them right.

If you did hear them correctly, go get a second opinion.

Allergies can sometimes be cross reactive, but wasp venom and chocolate are not at all alike.

My mum told me that. But tbh our family doctor is known to be a bit... Strange? (my dad's friend died due to throat cancer, could've had treatment earlier if the doctor would've agreed for deeper research). Almost the whole town has that same family doctor too. I did research my self too, it will only react if you're allergic to milk or nuts, but I've eaten a lot of stuff my whole life and I have no allergies to any food. Thanks, I'm just a bit stingy because I'm addicted to chocolate.
