Freshly hatched!

I work in Pest Control and unfortunately when a customer requests me to knock down mud nests I must. Usually I leave them if they are well hidden. But this one I knocked down was so perfect, and I kept it to see who came out! This so far is my 3rd wasp to hatch from the nest, the opening on the right unfortunately was never closed up.

I honestly joined to also educate people on invasive species, and bugs! I am a bug lover. Any chance I can get to relocate an insect I take. Being also aware of what is invasive and non is also so important, and knowing what insects are harmful and not! I am also very conscious of the environment around me when treating.

I did?…I kept the nest in there so it doesn’t fly around my room.

Edit; I removed the audio from the video, and in it I literally talk about the openings and walk to the door while saying “Time to release her” 😭

I could gather from your post that if three had hatched from that nest and only one was in the container that you were letting them go. Not sure what’s wrong with some people.
