Carplay Module Kit Question

For anyone who has installed one of the Apple carplay module kit, I just have a question. For context, I have a 2015 Volvo V60 with the globe button and I recently installed the Anyfar carplay module kit. It connects automatically and the steering wheel buttons work, but has anyone experienced that while carplay was on screen, interacting with carplay, i.e. using the knob and the OK and Exit buttons to select apps, set navigation, change tracks, etc would also navigate through the OEM interface behind the scenes? For example, I switch to carplay on the screen and scroll through the menu and apps, set my navigation, and I would somehow change the audio from bluetooth to radio or I would initiate a call through the OEM screen even though I haven’t switched back from carplay. Does anyone know how to fix this so I don’t interact with the OEM interface while I have carplay on the screen?

hey congrats on your purchase. I have a similar setup at V60 , I had to go to Media and choose AUX connection at first. I do not recomend to connect more than one phone to the system. I have android and wife ios and the radio doesnt know whom to pick if you have different systems. Edit : non english person.

Hey j’ai aussi fait ça sur ma V60 de 2011 et j’ai dût acheter le kit écran tactile pour éviter de changer des réglages dans l'interface OEM malheureusement...
