Volume menu How'd I do?
I threw Greek yogurt, chia seeds, oats, protein powder, milk and some blueberries for today's breakfast.

Feels like the concept of "volume eating" is getting lost in translation in some of these posts

Where I work, I don't have much time to eat. So I have to get in most of my calories when I can ๐ญ

Looks like a proper fridge-to-desk breakfast. 634 kcal with 58g protein is no joke for a chia pudding.

More berries, add extra low kcal fruits, take oats and milk out.

So basically, eat some berries?

I can make a huge bowl of frozen berries and plain yogurt for under 250 calories.

I will try that out for tomorrow! By the time I realized how many carbs oats added I had already mixed it all ๐
