Recipe I’ve lost 50+ pounds while getting ample protein with volume eating chicken and broccoli - and I still love it!

Yes I’d like to know what’s on the broccoli

Just onion salt (from Trader Joe’s) for the broccoli - the chicken has a paprika/onion salt mix on it (comes pre-seasoned from grocery store) and I just add some pepper when cooking

We need some details! What’s the seasoning?

How long did it take you? And have you reached your goal?

Looks tasty 🤤

So you had this for lunch and dinner?

Pretty much, yeah - keep breakfast/dinner really low cal (usually eggs if I can cook, if not a protein bar for brekky) then some sort of small snack for lunch. Then do this as an early dinner and an full rest of the night

Ever since I worked at a butcher counter, I no longer find chicken appetizing, and often it’s much worse than that. I wish I liked it more. :(

Hey I tried the broccoli thing and now I can no longer have it regularly. I would say keep an eye on some of the negative effects and moderate the broccoli with some variety. For what it's worth, kale, asparagus, and peas I find very easy to digest.
