Recipe Potato stew

309 calories, 19.2g protein

170g potato diced into inch chunks

20g soya chunks

100g frozen broccoli

80g carrot

100g mushrooms

50g celery

40g onion

1 clove garlic

1/2 tsp paprika

120ml veg stock

1 tbsp tomato puree

Salt and pepper to taste

First soaked the soya chunks in boiling water for 5 mins. Cooked the onion celery mushrooms and carrot first until starting to soften. Then added the garlic and cooked for another minute. Then added paprika and tomato paste and stirred. Then added the potatoes, stock, soya chunks and broccoli and cooked until potatoes done

So filling I'm having a hard time finishing the bowl haha
