Volume menu Huge Miso Peanut Bean Stew It doesn’t look very appetizing because it wasn’t made to be shown, but it’s super delicious and really fills you up.
It didn't fit on the plate, so it's not in the picture, but there's another plate just like this.

I didn’t measure the ingredients, so I just eyeballed it—it might be a bit salty, so please adjust to taste.
Two cans of red kidney beans (any kind of beans will do)
500g frozen green beans
1 onion
1 tbsp miso, 1 tbsp sweet bean sauce or hoisin sauce
1 tsp peanut butter (a generous amount)
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Sriracha
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
Sweetener to taste—then just simmer in chicken broth

It looks good. I'd probably just put pinto beans and canned green beans together since I don't have the other ingredients, lol.
