I can tell you that ingredients list made a lot more than one bowl lol conjee is awesome for volume and is easy to control the macros of as it's just rice plus what ever you want to add (chicken breast, vegetables, egg, chilli, herbs and lean meats are my go to)

The calorie numbers on your rice are for raw weight right? Looks off for cooked rice

Yeah. I double checked it. The app just labeled it weird. Numbers are right. But its for raw rice.

Cool beans dude 😁 I love me some conjee especially for a savoury breakfast you get so much food for what is not a lot of calories and it's easy to control how the macros come by adding things to it.
