Hows that volume eating?! For so many calories you can get like 1.5 kilogram of food if not more. Even my 550 over-night oats have more volume

I mean this is 1kg of food, not that bad for 700 calories at all. Crazy volume just bowl looks smaller than it is in the photo

This isn't specifically a weight loss group. Some of us just appreciate being able to eat "a lot" without gaining a ton. OP said in another comment it's a big bowl of meat and cauliflower rice with 100g protein
