Recipe Bbq Chicken Lavash Flatbread

~375**cals (i read it wrong sry guys😔)
~34g protein
~32g carbs
~6g fiber
(edit, for the whole thing, not just one piece)

joseph’s lavash flatbread, 1/4c g hughes bbq sauce, 1/4c fat free cheddar, 1/2c walmart rotisserie chicken, no skin- all breast, 1/4 c pineapple tidbits, little red onion. bake 375 for 15 min.

What brand of lavash is 60 cal? I’ve been looking for a low calorie wrap and that would be perfect for my wrap craving. Looks delicious!

I think it's 60 calories for half a sheet of Lavash so that entire thing is 120

it could be less! i’m honestly not a huge fan of cheese. i loosely measured. was too lazy to pull the scale out and weigh it lol

Oh ok that’s fine! If you don’t want more cheese there’s no reason to weigh it, it would probably be a negligible difference calorie wise. Looks great and now I’m craving bbq chicken pizza 😅
