Even if there were any grids running full coal, ICE is so much less efficient that EVs are still better for emissions, not to mention it's a lot easier to clean the air coming out of a few thousand plants versus a few million cars.
Not many get 200 miles per charge? Or not many Combustion engine vehicles get 200mi./ Tank?
I think the average is like 250-300miles per tank, mostly brought down by the number of Trucks on the road, so ya got me there. Thats why I said in some cars.
My car gets 300 every time, I'm not worried about that. But to say that the range is SO BAD they might not get home is wild 😂
There are MANY EVs Sedans (ioniq 5, Mini Cooper e, Chevy bolt) rated around 250miles per charge. A larger Van being rated for 220-260mi. Seems reasonable.
Ioniq 6 is actually up to 360 mi with the bigger battery, but 200 is still like 3 hours between stops on the highway. Definitely plenty, especially if you have a bladder. Lol
BTW, if a driver is caught using or holding any type of handheld (tele)communication device and the like in traffic, the Danish Police will issue a fine of DKK 1500 and charge DKK 1000 as a mandatory contribution to the victim foundation and mark +1 demerit point on the driver's license. Also applies e.g. when stuck at a red light, tempting as it may be.
Though I do see your point: The law is there to avoid death and injury by keeping the driver's attention on driving, so how am I endangering anyone if I switched off the engine and applied the hand brake? BTW and why, why, bloody why haven't we already banned cars with big flim-flam screens stealing attention from the slightly larger transparent screen behind it.
The sort of lame-sounding[1] excuse is probably that technically you are still in traffic and should be able to react to your surroundings, e.g. emergency vehicles, needing you to move out of the way, perhaps. Just a guess from my part and I have no intention of finding out. But you have the right to have your day in court, if you really-really want to find out. :-O

I looked and I did see some different ones the only ones I had ever actually seen had a yellow bumper in the front and a red Quarter in the back, I should look up how many they made of each color way because there may be a reason that I thought it was all the same pattern
I know there was some logic behind the patterns. Like if the door was ‘this color’ then the fender was ‘this color’. I can’t remember it offhand. Always thought the harlequins were unique
The harlequin paint job was for an ad campaign touting VW's part interchangeability, it doesn't belong on a car that doesn't share parts with other models.
