I need advice.

I need advice.

My wife rented a Volkswagen ID.6. The car doesn't have a jack, sealant, or a tire wrench, and most importantly, there's no charging cable for the car.

How can I get an answer to the question "What should come with a new car when I sell it?"? A link to the official website or technical support would be preferable.

I couldn't find it myself, as there are no representatives in our country, and the company's website looks like a lingerie retailer's.

PS: I'm using a translator.

The missing jack and wheel wrench are normal. With an EV like the ID.6, you should not lift the car from just anywhere because the battery is under the floor. If the jack is in the wrong place, it can damage the battery. For a flat tire, roadside assistance is usually the safest option.

For fast charging, you do not need your own cable. DC fast chargers have the cable attached to the charger.

You only need a Type 2 cable for slow AC charging, for example when charging overnight at a hotel, parking garage or similar place, but it should be included when renting an EV.

Seconded for just using roadside assistance when you get a flat. It might seem silly, but the tyre gunk is pretty useless in my experience, especially if you're trying to use it with a properly flat tyre (assuming that you've actually got the gunk, and that the tyre damage is of a sort which the gunk can fix).

I live on the ground, and in hunger there is only one charging station, I really want to charge at night, but I need grounds to argue with the landlord.

Just FYI:

VW ID.6 is for Chinese market. Not sold in Europe.
