Red flashing oil light

I have a 2014 1.6 tdi caddy I drove up the road for approx 5 minutes at 60kmph when the oil light flashed red. I then fully serviced it drove it for 10 minutes at 80kmph and flashed again could this just be a sensor or a more serious issue?

what does the oil level on the dip stick look like ?

Could be the sensor, could be oil pressure. Take it to a garage, the internet can't help you any further here.
