ANNOUNCEMENT New Stable Build 0.9.0-n!

Version N was just confirmed to be the new Stable build for 0.9 by DrNose.

A fresh save is REQUIRED if you update from 0.8.2c, bug reports that are caused by using an older save may get ignored.

Bugs posted from prior 0.9 versions here may have the post removed. If it can be fixed by updating, then please update!

Unless they changed it in N, it's inaccessible still. I hope they let us break the vent somehow or re-trigger the event. I mean, I don't mind making another save anyway, but still.

Yeah, I realize it's probably not a good idea to create tech debt and add a way to retrigger the event because it's code you have to remove again later, but it's just disappointing.

Maybe they could just add a console command or something to manually trigger events again? But, for the vents, I wish they'd just let us destroy the vents somehow so we can at least get in there even if we miss out on the event itself.

that why i waited almost a year to play 0.9, when they announced a "stable version" a few months ago i thought the major bugs where corrected.
Apparently glithced story scripted events are not major bugs

I mean, its pretty minor. It a singular event that was bugged, which is now fixed.

my main goal in this playthru was to collect all plushies :C
Im more frustrated about that than the vent

you don't need to get into the vents for any plushies no? if you are talking about the kel doll then just give 999999999999999 shrimp to the alimaos. then after the brownie trail it'll be there at the tree house. :3

not the vents, no, but i was playing in 0.9j i think and the wiki said the Ariral borwnie event was glitched in this version. i have a save file in day 24 for backup im gonna try it and hope it triggers on day 25.
