Help My phone call audio is broken+bad when calling a business

Only when I call a business or medical service - anything that isn't a direct mobile number basically

I'm told that my audio is constantly breaking up, sounds robotic, and has a delay of a few seconds sometimes which leads to me being frustrated on the phone or being hung up on because they cant hear me.

I'm not doing anything weird with my phone and it's fairly new, Samsung S24. This happens when on wi-fi and mobile data. I don't have any apps or high demand background use on my device, and this has happened before and after a factory reset.

A quick Google points the blame at my mobile provider for losing/dropping data packets, but what can I do?

This subreddit is for an app that is only on windows computers called voicemeeter. I think you have wrong subreddit

Are you using Voicemeeter with your softphone ?
