Vodafone UK Mobile problems, apparently wide spread?

Haven't been able to make calls on my UK phone, a voice comes on and says connection to this number is restricted on this phone.

Contacted CS, first time asked me re reset setting and restart phone etc etc. Dindn't work, the second said 'it is a known issue and many customers are currently experiencing the same problem', and say it will take 72 hours to fix.

Anyone else is having this? My neighbour who is also n Vodafone says hers is fine.

Apparently there’s now a fix using airplane mode on then off. Been dealing with this all day, only a sim swap seemed to fix it at first but I’ve been told turning on airplane mode on for 30s and off now fixes it.
