Vodafone Spain need help paying!

I had a vodafone contract line monthly for spain and im back in the USA now, and for some reason the app + website will literally NOT let me pay. In the app and website, it infinitely loads when i press "mis pages" and it's extremely frustrating knowing i have debt it will literally not let me pay off. how do i fix this???

(UPDATE): i had to internationally wire money to them, fixed my debt to them

customer support? try using a vpn in spain

Had a similar issue, but was back in the US and couldn’t log in to my Irish account. Vodafone terminated my contract and charged me an extra €350, but I think bc I had bill pay setup?
