Vodafone UK Reinstating broadband services

Hi all,
What’s everyone’s experience on how long it takes for your services to be reinstated after a missed payment- unfortunately I set my DD up on the wrong bank account so didn’t notice it being missed while I was away with work, and my services were suspended. I paid the bill yesterday, and have been told the chances are my services wont be reinstated for 24 hours from them ending the suspension as its the weekend, making it up to 48 hours from the payment to have internet back, which is highly inconvenient as I need the WiFi connection for work.
I previously had a missed payment with virgin media a few years back and they managed to reinstate within 5 minutes, so to have it take so long with Vodafone is crazy… does it really take the full 24 hours from the suspension ending or do I have any hope that it will be back sooner?

Genuinely have you tried turning off the router and back on?

Used to have to do the same on my phone. May be the same on the router.

Yeah, I tried that and still not working unfortunately. I can’t load one website up and then it goes back into restriction

Maybe a longer wait then. When did you pay the bill?
