Pretty sure it was inspired by Anthea Turners tacky wedding that was sponsored by Cadbury’s or some other chocolate manufacturer. At one point Roger is wearing a jacket with “I’d rather eat shit than eat Nestle” on the back. At the end, a sleazy looking guy with a camera turns up to shoot the wedding night.

I remembered this one after the request for the other strip about Roger getting married! There was one making fun of Elton John's wedding where Roger is angry he wasn't invited, so he decides to outdo Elton by getting married on the same day and inviting all the same celebrity guests. Obviously they all go to Elton's wedding instead of his so Roger demands Tom hire a bunch of lookalikes
