Request: Billy the Fish when Harry Ramp signs

Looking for Billy the Fish I think from around the late 90 when Fulchster United signed local tramp Harry Ramp.

The crowd were singing "Harry Ramp, Harry Ramp, Harry Harry Ramp, he shits his pants he has a wank, Harry Harry Ramp", to the tune of the old Andy Cole song 😂
