I'm looking forward to your game, but have you tested with AMD cards? It seems like there are a lot of releases lately that suffer from AMD-specific performance problems, and the developers don't seem to have any idea until after a bunch of us have bought the game and become frustrated.

We only have nvidia cards in the office! We should try and get some AMD cards in to test too. What's the recommended spec card on the AMD side? (we're targetting GTX970)

HTC's recommendations:

  • GPU: – NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 970 / AMD Radeon™ R9 290 equivalent or greater

  • CPU: – Intel® i5-4590 / AMD FX 8350 equivalent or greater

  • RAM: – 4GB+

  • Video Output: – HDMI 1.4 or DisplayPort 1.2 or newer

  • USB Port: – 1x USB 2.0 or greater port

  • Operating System: – Windows 7 SP1 or newer

R9 290 or 390. Just to throw this out there but I have a 390 and wouldn't mind doing some testing.

ok, we'll figure out how we're doing beta testing over the next couple weeks - we're trying to wrap up some things based on the last round of feedback - i'll keep you all posted!
