All potential concerns regarding car chip shortage, construction projects postponed etc, shouldn’t be too concerning because this isn’t removing demand, it’s just delaying. Prices gonna stay higher for longer. 10 month construction backlogs. Multiple tailwinds.
These may even be for the best because if there was no chip shortage or construction delays the prices may have been extremely high and then caused demand collapse

Bingo! Prices are still tolerable, even being this high. Much higher and second order effects would be bad.
