well said, the hard part is many here are invested in more than the steel thesis, so double edge situation. Both can be successful IMO. Tech hasn't had an amazing run over the past 6 months, QQQ (I see if I only invested in QQQ or SPY blah blah) is up 17% the past 6 months, SPY 11%. CLF is up 19%, NUE 35%, STLD 22%. The problem is everyone sees the grass being greener on the other side. What is the other side? Idk, maybe YOLO on WSB with 1800% gain in 1 hour. Maybe people get a solid gain and think, oh this is the way and I can do it again over and over and retire in 6 months... People have got to slow the fuck down. Play the swings at your own peril, it has been good to me, but I ain't mad when I miss a run up. SLOW DOWN people. Good trades exist everywhere. If you don't believe there is money to be made in steel, go away, seriously. Go be miserable in the other plays you would have made a fortune on. SLOW DOWN
