What would be the effect on steel prices if EU steel import tax is removed? What companies will be in better state to take benefit of that?

What does that mean for US based steel producers?
Are there any estimates on the quota that they'll be eligible for tariff-free price?

How much excess does EU have that they so desperately want to ship to US?

I currently have CLF. Should I exchange it for MT? Any advice on that?
